30 Day Return Policy

You must call first before returning any products! The Purchaser will be responsible for all returned shipping charges.
We will only honor returns on unopened products. Please make sure that you pick the appropriate color and/or product necessary to complete your project. We do not guarantee stain colors as they will vary widely depending on the wood type, age of wood, prepping of wood, and application.

Items With Free Shipping (USA)
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to our facility. Once the product(s) are returned to our warehouse we will credit your card less a 20% restocking fee of the original cost.

Items that were charged shipping (Canada):
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to our facility. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all items that did not qualify for free shipping on original invoice.

Shipments that are refused upon delivery or during transit.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges back and forth if shipments are refused upon delivery or during transit to you. Sending product(s) back to us (rerouting), requires a shipping cost back and forth that your will be responsible for. Any and all shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from your refund once the product leaves our facility. This includes Free Shipping Items.

Exchanges:
You must call for all exchange requests!
The Purchaser will be responsible for all exchanged shipping charges. This includes charges for return of original product(s) and charges for shipment of replaced product(s) back to the customer. We will not send out the new item until we receive the original first. We will not exchange sealers, stains, cleaners, strippers, or brighteners that have been opened or partially used.

Damaged Orders:
Any product that is accidentally damaged causing product loss or equipment failure during shipping will be replaced at no charge after a claim has been made though the shipping company. Cans or pails that are dented during shipment will not be replaced unless leaking. A digital picture will be required.
We will handle the claim. Please call for details.

Warranties:
*While we have made every effort to test as many paints as possible for compatibility, we cannot guarantee every paint will be suitable for use in PermaBond or Deck Revive, test for compatibility by mixing a small amount of your paint with the “resin” from the PermaBond or Deck Revive kit and observe over 30 minutes if the consistency of the mixture gets thick or remains thin.

Because preparation, application, latex paint choice, care and maintenance of the surface is outside the control of the manufacturer or distributor, the following supersedes any provision contained in the forms, letters, and papers of your company. All products should be thoroughly tested under application conditions prior to use. The information contained herein is believed to be reliable.

HOWEVER, GEMINI MAKES NO WARRANTY CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GEMINI BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES FROM ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR HANDLING OF THIS PRODUCT.

THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE BUYER AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF GEMINI FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE BUYER’S PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WHICH IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM OR THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR SUCH PRODUCT, WHICHEVER IS LESS. TECHNICAL ADVICE FURNISHED BY GEMINI SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE AN EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHICH IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. ALL TECHNICAL ADVICE GIVEN IS ACCEPTED AT THE RISK OF THE BUYER.

Before using this product, it is essential that the “Safety Data Sheet” describing the product as well as the “Product Label” be reviewed. If you do not have such information or have any questions, contact the manufacturer.
