UCF-30 is a water-based composite coating that was designed specifically for concrete surfaces. UCF-30 is unique because like UDF-21, it is also available in an unlimited range of colors. Simply add 1/2 gallon of acrylic paint of your color choice to the kit and that’s the color you get! Also, in many cases, all you need is a clean surface. With UCF-30, priming is not usually required and that saves you time and money.

UCF-30 also dries quickly so time out of service is minimized.

UCF-30 is a one-of-a-kind concrete coating that offers you an unlimited color palette. Simply mix one half gallon (2 qts) of exterior acrylic latex paint (your color choice) to this kit and achieve a perfect color match. This kit will cover approximately 500 square feet and complete 250 square feet (2 coats recommended.)
