This is the product everyone needs to know about! When mixed, PermaPaint modifies ordinary latex paint, turning it into an elastomeric polymer coating that protects homes and other outdoor structures. PermaPaint enhances the adhesion, elasticity and colorfast properties of your paint, extending its service life for years.

Did you know that the siding on your home is constantly moving? It is! When combined, the sun, rain and fluctuating temperatures cause your home’s siding to expand and contract. While paint is young, it is somewhat flexible and can adapt. However, as paint ages, it chalks becomes brittle, loses it elasticity and begins to form hairline cracks. All too soon, it’s peeling and fading and you have to repaint. This is the life cycle of paint.
PermaPaint is a water-based, acrylic co-polymer that cross-links with paint to form one big molecule. This creates a tight elastomeric coating that allows the paint to expand and contract during changing weather year after year.
Most structures in temperate inland areas need to be repainted every five to six years. In more extreme climates, repainting is required more often. Paint enhanced with PermaPaint will add years of valuable protection to any structure and reduce the need to repaint indefinitely.
One quart mixes with one gallon of interior or exterior latex paint. When you add PermaPaint to your next paint job, we will extend the paint manufacturer’s warranty by five additional years.
PermaPaint provides what common paint is missing — a durable, non-fading weatherproof coating that is VOC-free and can be brushed, rolled or sprayed on. Great for your home’s siding, trim, windows, gutters, fences, railings, wicker or wood furniture, and you can mix it with interior latex paint for scrub-able walls inside!
