PermaCaulk was developed as the only expandable caulk available on the market.  Latex based caulks tend to shrink and offer no permanent solution for filling cracks and knot holes.  PermaCaulk is designed to properly prep wood structures before resurfacing.  It fills in cracks and knot holes, leaving behind a smooth finish.  Because of its expansive properties, PermaCaulk will lock into the distressed wood and stay in place for years.

The product contains an activating polymer resin that is mixed with a dry compound to produce a peanut butter consistency.  PermaCaulk should be applied and worked into cracks and knot holes using a putty knife.

PermaCaulk sets quickly so that projects can be completed faster.  Due to its fast drying feature, we recommend that you mix small quantities at a time — only enough that can be applied within 15 minutes.

The dry mix and polymer resin are conveniently packaged in a box that is shelf ready for retail establishments.  The package label includes instructions.
