The PERMAFILL Bucket

PERMA FILL (PermaCaulk) was developed as the only expandable crack and knot filler available on the market.  Latex based caulks tend to shrink and offer no permanent solution for filling cracks and knot holes.  PermaFill  is designed to properly prep wood structures before resurfacing.  It fills in cracks and knot holes, leaving behind a smooth finish.  Because of its expansive properties, PermaFill will lock into the distressed wood and stay in place for years.

The product contains an activating polymer resin that is mixed with a dry compound to produce a peanut butter consistency.  PermaCaulk should be applied and worked into cracks and knot holes using a putty knife.

PERMA FILL sets quickly so that projects can be completed faster.  PermaFill is pre-measured and all you need to do is mix the ingredients using a drill mixer in the convenient small bucket that the product is packaged in.

The dry mix and polymer resin are conveniently packaged in a small 1 gallon plastic bucket that is shelf ready for retail establishments.  The product includes instructions with pictures that demostrate proper mixing and applying to wood.
